Fairy Woes....

I am causing a lot of strife around here and here is why...

I saw a great fun idea on my cousin's blog she does with her kids with the Tooth Fairy. Her kids put their tooth in a bowl of water and as the fairy reaches in to take the tooth it changes the water the color of the fairy. I think it was such a fun and new way to celebrate the loss of a tooth.

I had told a little girl in my Primary Class about the trick, I only forgot to let her mom know. So when she was freaking out at home that night trying to put her tooth in water her mom was like what the heck. i apologized for not clueing her in.

Today my niece (we live in their basement) wanted to se her fairy's color. Don't worry I learned I told my Sister in law the trick. Well a few minutes ago she came down threating me saying she was going to kill me. Caileigh put her tooth in a cup of water and dear mom dumped the water and ran the disposal to find out too late that the tooth was inside. She told her that the Fairy would still come but poor little girl she wants her tooth. :(

I can't help but laugh. I just hope I remember when Preston loses his first tooth not to dump it down the drain. LOL!!!!! Hahaha!

Wow I am slacking.

Well on the 12th Chad and I had our 9th year anniversary. 9 years has never gone by so fast! I love him and feel that I am one of the luckiest girls alive to have the opportunity to spend my life and eternities with someone so wonderful!

I have been really busy with the kids. We have been to Liberty park twice so far with my great friend Alicia and her kids.

Yesterday we went to a splash pad with her and her kids in Herriman. I was carrying Karleigh over to the park area and rolled my ankle stepping down the curb and fell. I swore I had broken it. I was crying and am sure I tramutized my kids. It was a blessing that it wasn't my driving foot. So I was able to make it home. I am now laid up and iceing it constantly. Everyone has told me that this takes a really long time to heal. It is awful timing since Chad leaves today for a week for work and I can't walk. I did borrow some crutches I have never used them before so I hope to learn quickly since I can't take care of my kids without being able to walk. My sister gets married on Friday the 5th so I will be there on crutches how wonderful. My sister in law and I are also throwing a bridal shower tomarrow for her so I guess I will be the desiganted list maker of all the recieves and who it's from. Since I can't walk! Wow life sure makes you laugh out loud at times!

Colton got his glasses yestereday and looks so cute ! As soon as I get up I will get some pictures to upload!

Chad is one of the Favorites around here! This is where you can find him most of the time.

Latley Colton has been going around saying "I awesome, I awesome" I think it is so cute! So my Awesome Colton just found out yesterday that he needs to wear glasses. I took him and Preston in to have their eyes checked and I had for about 6months or so had been wondering if Colton needed them and sure enough he does. It was really cute when the doctor put the lens in front of his eyes while he was looking at the large black E He said "Whoa!" the doc laughed and said "yeah I don't think you will have a problem getting him to wear them". All I have to say is that it is a great thing that he is so darn cute and has so much spunk because he looks soooo cute in his glasses! When I pick them up I will have to take picture and share!

When he was trying on different ones he put the ones on that we are buying and ran around the store saying they made him run faster. I laughed and said you would think we were buying shoes! How cute he is.
