Happy Birthday to ME!

Wow it was my birthday! It was a good day. This picture taken courtesy of Preston. All I wanted for my birthday was to go to Barnes and Noble by myself and read for as long as I wanted. But as a mom it never goes as you plan. Kids got sick. I was able to go for and hour or so. Better than nothing I guess. I got a really good book too. So I guess that will do. I love my kids and husband.

This is Colton just being Colton! He always has us laughing! When I watched it the voices were all weird. I hope it works when It is uploaded. If not I hope you get the jist of him. He decided to put Corn on his Hamburger and according to him it is "alicious" .

Colton was really upset that he didn't get to start school yesterday. He doesn't start until Sept.9th. Here he is with his brother all ready to go. He went with us to Preston's first day. He was a little bored.

He is growing up as well. That is sad!

Here is a picture also of Preston's friend Owen who lives next door. They both start Kindergarten. They have different teachers but they can walk to school and back together.

Kindergarten

Preston starts Kindergarten. He is so excited. He is getting so big. He is in the Afternoon and all morning I kept hearing is it time?

I always said that I would not be sad when he starts school because I am so excited for him. I have to admit it was a little sad. I am so excited for him and know he is going to do great!

Back at Camp

I just love Camping. I wish life could be so relaxed and easy all the time. I love my kids and DH and love being able to be together. Can't wait to go again!

Minnatonka Cave

Saturday we were planning on hiking the Minnatonka cave. We woke up to Rain! AS we got to the cave they were all sold out for the day. So we hiked a small trail and then planned on coming back on Sunday!

If you are wondering about the shiner that little sister has that would be from falling out of the Trailer. I was certain we were going to leave with a concussion with her. I can't count how many times she hit her head on this trip. But she is fine luckily!

Bear Lake!!!!

We went to Bear Lake last Thursday with the kids and Chad's sisters' our Really good friends that live next door also joined us. We had a really great time!

Colton's pants got wet back on the ranger so here he is at the lake in unders! He was so cute!

On our way down Cascade we ran into a mommy and baby moose! Awesome as Preston would say!

Here we stopped for a little play in the River! The kids loved it!

We took the kids up on the Ranger the other day. It was so much fun. We went where Chad did Tours last year. Part of it was behind Cascade Springs it was beautiful. Afterward we headed to Trial Lake to visit family. It was Beautiful.
