Cookie anyone. Karleigh's first cookie!
Every time we push colton in the swing he pulls the funniest faces. We try to get them on Camera because it is so funny. Here you can see it a little bit. though it is blurry.
Yesterday I took the boys to Liberty Park at 7pm for family night, Preston loves that park. They had a really fun time.
Today I went to the doctor for my foot. They had to give me a cortisone shot and some antinflamatory's and then he taped it. I hope it helps. I really want to get excersising and I just can't with the pain. So I am hoping this helped. He also told me I need orthotics for my shoes. They are 300.oo a pair. So I better start saving.

AHH! I had to have THE SHOT in my foot before too. It sucked, bad! What's up with your foot?

Colton's expression was priceless...so was Karleigh's eating her cookie. It looked like pure joy. Good luck with your foot...hope the cortisone helped some.

Hi again-sorry to leave another comment-I just saw your thing about your foot-if it's plantar faciitis (sp?) that you have- don't spend the money on custom orthotics just go to a good running shoe store and have them recommend a good pair (they are SO much cheaper and work just as well) I have tried both kinds and the custom ones are not any better than the other kind.
